We are not currently offering website design as we don't have knowledge in coding. On the other hand, if you are looking for a simple website, we can arrange a domain website for you with monthly/yearly fees.

For a period of one month after you received your project, you can always access the file with the google drive link we provide for you. After that period, we still have your file in archive for a year that we can send to your email per your request. Please note that we will ask information before sending you the file.

No, we can't do a full refund but we can arrange how many percent you can refund depending on which process we are already. On the other hand, if the project is 80% finished, we are afraid that we can't do refund.

As we value your time and effort. We wanted to have an organize and professional way to communicate with you to finished the project in timely manner with quality. We follow this step: Sending us an email with what kind of project you want us to do for you. (e.g. logo design, poster, business card, etc.). You can also check on 'Services tab' to see we can offer for you. We will send a form with pricing that you can fill up. Once we received the form, we will evaluate on how we can edit our pricing that will fit for you and for us. Then, we will send a statement of work or contract for you to sign. We will then send an invoice for initial deposit to proceed to the project. Depends on your schedule, we can set a date for a meeting (in-person, zoom call, phone call) to discuss your vision and mission with the project. We will then proceed in creating the project while following the schedule we agreed about. On the agreed date, we will send the first draft. This is where you can suggest or comment to the project. We will then send back the revision for you to review, again. As per contract, after the first draft, we will only allowed three more revision. Finally, when the project are done and approved by you (signed). We will then send an invoice for final payment.

As per the process, we will send you an invoice with pricing and bank details where you can send the payments

It depends on what kind of design, layout, editing you want from us. To get a full price, you can email us at contact.jwgibson@gmail.com or use the contact us tab with your name, business name, contact number, type of project, and inquiry. We will send you a quote to finish your project.

We charge per project. We have a base price for each kind of project. You can email us to learn more.

We value our clients and we believe in truthfulness. It is our policy to be transparent with our clients with all cost itemized prior to the start of the project. If there's any extra cost it will only be for the request you will made during the process that is not included in the project packages. Please Note that not all the requests have charge.
