With our partnership with a local printing shop on our area, we can arrange a printing process with additional cost for of  course the printing fee, delivery/shipping fee.

Yes and no, depending on what kind of project you wanted and with additional cost.

Our business itself is new in the market but we've been accepting freelance project since 2019.

Can you design a lay-out for our T-shirt business?

Yes, we lay-out or design graphics for commercial purposes.

Can you make website for me?

We are not currently offering website design as we don't have knowledge in coding. On the other hand, if you are looking for a simple website, we can arrange a domain website for you with monthly/yearly fees.

Do you keep my design on file?

Accepted Answer

For a period of one month after you received your project, you can always access the file with the google drive link we provide for you. After that period, we still have your file in archive for a year that we can send to your email per your request. Please note that we will ask information before sending you the file.

Question 8

What if I decided not to proceed the project after payment? Can you do a refund?

Accepted Answer

No, we can't do a full refund but we can arrange how many percent you can refund depending on which process we are already. On the other hand, if the project is 80% finished, we are afraid that we can't do refund.
